Paul has a history of end-to-end management of complex projects originating at IBM Australia and in the last decade within the building industry for Exceed Homes. Paul brings a consultative and relationship driven approach to Exceed Homes and our customers.

Paul also brings a strong culture to the Exceed Homes team focusing on trust and transparency as a foundation to how we conduct business and ourselves. Quality workmanship and client satisfaction is Paul’s ultimate goal delivered through the experienced team at Exceed Homes.

Project Manager

Rob is here to remove the stigma that building your home should be stressful and unclear. He makes the build process one to enjoy and engages with all aspects of the build to ensure you understand what is involved, how we will get there and more importantly that it is what you want. He has worked in information technology, carrier communications and construction for over 22 years. All roles had varying levels of stakeholder engagement and most importantly client satisfaction. As a result Rob thrives on not just delivering quality homes for great people but ensuring they are confident and comfortable for the entire Exceed Experience.

With a big smile and infectious laugh you will always know when Sandy is around. Sandy guides our clients through their prebuild design journey ensuring our builds are not only built to the highest standards but also look and feel amazing. Sandy works through the building approval process bringing together all the documentation and communications required to achieve that all important building commencement notice. If this wasn’t enough Sandy can also provide you expert advice on indoor plants with a passion for growing and propagating exotic plants from around the globe.

Rob has been a valuable addition to our experienced team with over 10 years in construction and a fully qualified concreter. His understanding of how to set jobs up and coordinate inspectors, team and trades gets every project off the ground in an efficient and professional manner. If he could control the weather you could set your watch to his process and his quality of workmanship is always on point regardless of the task at hand.

Lonnie is a unique tradesman who perfects everything he touches. His skills lie not in any one aspect of the build but encompass the entire process whilst his desire to always learn and better himself means he evolves, adapts and forever improves his attention to detail. He passes on his skills and attitude to all team members and is a favourite amongst clients, team and contractors alike. You will walk into a fully finished, quality home every time with Lonnie on the job.

Chris, aka. Jonesy, has the upbeat, excitable attitude that infects everyone around him. He is a serial photo bomber and appears in various photos throughout quality assurance checks and daily activity updates. His super positive personality combined with his extensive experience in various stages of the build, mean you can rest assured the job will be completed right, on time and with the element of quirkiness everyone loves about him.

Commencing with us in 2023 as a school-based apprentice, Jordy has hit the ground running! Now with school and his Year 12 Certificate ticked off, he’s ours full-time and ready to expand and refine his skills. Reports indicate he’s also a bit of a magician on the AFL ground for the Queanbeyan Tigers!

This guy is going places! Nik is incredibly eager to learn and to perfect his craft. He takes immense pride in his work and is always looking at ways to improve. A handy player for the Tuggeranong Bushrangers, Nik is a dedicated team member with a massive future ahead of him.

The amazing Tasha! Her attention to detail and willingness to learn are unparalleled! Tasha is fast becoming a Buildertrend Guru, setting up selections and making them look ‘mint’ to help our clients make a fully informed choice from the comfort of their home. Our quiet achiever who just ‘gets it all done’ behind the scenes, we would be lost without her. Not only is she whizz in the office, ask her about her Horse Showing and Dressage superpowers!!

Talk about attention to detail, Darren is your man! From frames and trusses to fix-out, you can be assured that everything Darren touches is done right the first time. His ‘get in there and get it done’ attitude to work is infectious, leading by doing. If that wasn’t enough, he knows his way around a golf course and will forever be picked in Paul’s team at Ambrose events until the end of time.

Not only does Joshy share a familiar surname with a couple of the Exceed crew, he has also managed to pick up a few good traits from them as well! Josh has an eye for the big picture on site and is busy perfecting his frame and truss skills as well as ‘nailing’ fix out tasks. Josh is a focused and hard-working team member on and off site, being quite a handy prop for the Woden Valley Rams on the Rugby League field when not on the tools.

Izzy has been with us from the start! From the shy, quiet work experience kid to the fully qualified carpenter he is today, it has been a pleasure to watch Iz grow and become the powerhouse he is today. With well rounded carpentry skills, Izzy’s ready to lead and share the wealth of information he has gathered over the years, not to mention being a bit of a master of a turntable or two!

Another star for the Woden Vally Rams, Max is also showing promising skills in the fields of carpentry and building. He’s an eager team member, willing to learn and help out wherever he can. An asset on the field and on site, the future is bright for this up and coming Carpenter in the making who could also be described as a mad fisherman as well!

If he’s not defending the basketball ring for the Queanbeyan Roadrunners or being a menace on the footy field for the Queanbeyan Blues, you can find Sam on site, focused on gaining carpentry skills as well as juggling his final year at school! This man can do it all and his can-do attitude on site is setting him up for big things in the next couple of years.
