Renovation FAQs
How much does a high-end renovation cost in Canberra?
It depends on the scope, size and finishes. We provide fixed-price certainty before work begins, so you can plan with confidence. Book a consultation for a tailored quote.
Do I need approvals for my renovation or extension?
Many extensions and structural renovations require approval in the ACT or NSW. We manage the approvals process for you as part of the project.
Can I live in my home during the renovation?
Sometimes, depending on the scope. We’ll advise during planning and help you stage the work to minimise disruption.
Should I renovate or knock down and rebuild?
If your home is dated, poorly laid out or costly to bring up to standard, a knockdown rebuild can deliver better long-term value. We’ll give you an honest recommendation for your situation.
