First Halliday House

Halliday 2 House is a thoughtfully designed two-storey residence tailored to suit the needs of a first home buyer seeking both functionality and architectural refinement. The design focuses on efficient use of space while maintaining a strong sense of comfort and quality throughout.

The two-level layout provides clear zoning between living and private areas, creating separation without compromising connection. Downstairs living spaces are arranged to encourage natural interaction, while the upper level offers a more private retreat for rest and relaxation.

The kitchen forms the heart of the home, featuring custom joinery with subtle colour tones and carefully integrated timber open shelving. The restrained palette delivers warmth and texture while maintaining a clean and contemporary aesthetic. This balance of materials creates a refined yet welcoming central space.

Upstairs, the master suite incorporates a walk-through robe that leads seamlessly into the ensuite. The ensuite is anchored by a generous 1800mm hanging vanity, enhancing both visual lightness and practical storage. This thoughtful planning ensures the home feels elevated beyond its entry-level positioning.

Halliday 2 House demonstrates how considered design, quality joinery and smart spatial planning can create a first home that feels both sophisticated and built for long-term living.
